Stephen J. McCann, 51 of Abington, formerly of Hanover, passed away on October 27, 2015. Born on May 16, 1964 in Boston, he was the son of Jacqueline (Powers) McCann of South Weymouth and the late Francis "Mac" McCann. He was a manager at W. B. Mason and enjoyed camping, fire pits, throwing darts, and celebrating St. Patrick's Day. Most of all, Stephen loved playing Xbox with his children and spending time with his family and friends. Stephen was the husband of Kim M. (Gagel) McCann. Father of PFC Stephen F. and Jake D. both of Abington. Brother of Francis McCann Jr. of CO, John McCann of Abington, Karen Beaudoin of Weymouth, Pamela Bessette of Brockton, and Dawn Fraga of Pembroke. Stephen is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Homes, 551 Washington St. Rte. 53, HANOVER, on Monday from 4-7 PM. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover St. Rte. 139, Hanover, on Tuesday at 9 AM. Burial in Hanover Center Cemetery.
