Ester Moreno

Mrs. Moreno was preceded in death by her parents, Martiniano T. and Abelia Garza. She is survived by her loving husband, Jose V. Moreno, Jr.; four daughters, Esther (Noe) Gonzales, Abelia (Jason) Sloey, Letisia (Armando) Caballero, and Joe Ann (Gary) Haydon; four siblings, Angelita Gomez, Gloria Garza, Lupita Gonzales, and Martin Garza, Jr.; eleven grandchildren, Noe Gonzales, Jr., Elsa Moreno Gonzales, Nathan Sloey, Joshua Sloey, Ryan Sloey, Zachary Sloey, Joseph Caballero, Marcos Caballero, Christopher Caballero, Isla Haydon, and Everly Haydon.

Visitation will begin today, Thursday, January 19, 2017, at 5 p.m., and will continue until 9 p.m., with the recitation of the holy rosary to begin at 7 p.m., at Funeraria del Angel. Mass of Ressurection will be held on Friday, January 20, at 2 p.m., at St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Rio Hondo. Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito.
