Betty Jean Wells

She was born August 10, 1945, in Indiana and was the daughter of the late James Kenneth and Kathryn Hopkins Lagenour. She was a faithful and devoted wife, mother and homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert Carmickle; a sister, Judy Flick; and three brothers, Larry, Ronnie, and Kenny Lagonour.

She is survived by her husband, Jackie Paul Wells, whom she married on November 15, 1979; three sons, Wayne Carmickle of Indiana, Jimmy Price of Kentucky, and Larry Allen of Georgia; two brothers, Tony Lagenour and Tim Lagonour, both of Indiana; and four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted by McAdams Mortuary in Paoli, Indiana, with burial at Paoli Community Cemetery.
