Colleen Kay Brashear

Colleen Kay (Powley) Brashear, 65, of Dauphin County, died Monday, September 19, 2022 at UPMC Community Osteopathic. She was born in Harrisburg on September 18, 1957 to Sandra (Smith) Powley and the late Charles Ronald Powley.

Colleen was friendly to everyone she met and considered them her friend. She enjoyed watching sports, especially when her sons were playing. Reading was also a favorite pastime.

Colleen’s greatest love was her family, most importantly her two sons: Cody Lee (Laura) Brashear, of Chambers Hill and Dallas Wayne Brashear, of Dauphin; along with her grandchildren: Alice, Aiden, Jennifer, Isabelle, and Prudence. She is survived by her brother, Chris Steven Powley (Karen); and nephew, Shannon.

The family will be holding private services at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
