Connie Irene Marsh

Connie Marsh born on September 29th, 1945 was reunited in heaven with her husband, Charles Edward Marsh, and her son Charles Elwood Marsh. On August 29th, 2017, she lost her battle to cancer that she had courageously battled for 5 years.

She had four beautiful children. Eldest James Sprenkle, Charles Marsh and his wife Ruthie, Cleveland Marsh and his oldest kids mother Kristi Marsh & his youngest kids mother, Jen Russell, and her youngest kids Michelle Malseed and her husband Leroy Malseed. She had 12 beloved grandchildren, Brittney Marsh, Cleveland Marsh, Charly Marsh, Sage Marsh, Josh Marsh, Tyler Marsh, Cody Marsh, Gunner Marsh, Tayler Hazzard, Jasmine Malseed, Nevaeh Russell, and Ezekiel Marsh. Connie worked at The Alva restaurant in downtown Harrisburg faithfully for 30 years. Her favorite thing to do was to be surrounded by her beautiful family and pets. She also had many good friends she would go to bingo with or play poker with on the weekend. She lived a beautiful life which she spent surrounded by her family and friends. She was one of the strongest women you could have ever met in your lifetime. She touched everyone's heart she came into contact with. She has many memories that will be carried on, not only through family but her friends as well. She may have gone for now but we all will be reunited with her again, until then she will live in all of our hearts and be with us in spirit.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, September 3, 2017 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Friends and family may visit from 2:00 PM Sunday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
