Dale Robert Snyder

Dale was a former professional musician and played in several local concert and dance bands. He was a retired credit manager with 41 years of service with Jackson Mfg/True Temper Hardware and after retiring worked as a courier for 11 years with the former Omega Medical Labs.

He was a Past Master and Life Member of Ashlar Lodge #570 F&A M in Lykens, a life member of Harrisburg Forest #43, Tall Cedars of Lebanon, a life member of the Dauphin County Fireman’s Association and a member of the Hershey Italian Lodge.

Dale was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Jane L. Snyder and a stepdaughter, Diane J. Brenisholtz.

Surviving are two sons, William D. Snyder and his wife, Lynne, of West Fairview and Robert K. Snyder and his fiancé, Lisa Krug, of Enola, two sisters, Nancy T. Snyder of Newtown Square, and Joan M. Copeland, of Havertown, 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Memorial Services with Masonic Services will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, August 27, 2011 with a visitation 1 hour prior to the service in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg. A private burial with military honors at Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Masonic Village, 1 Masonic Drive, Elizabethtown, PA 17022
