Born April 20, 1966, in Vietnam, he was the son of the late Duoc Xuan Bui and Xuan Thi Vo. Surviving Hieu is his wife, Thuy Thi Huynh; his daughter, Thanh Bui, his son, Hanh Trung Bui, and daughter-in-law, Tram Bich Ngoc Le; his granddaughter, Dan Linh Ngoc, and four brothers, Thao Trong Bui, Viet Quoc Bui, Thai Quoc Bui, and Thinh Quoc Bui.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 24, 2026, Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market Street, Camp Hill. Burial will be in Rolling Green Cemetery, 1811 Carlisle Rd, Camp Hill.
