She was born in Mammola, Italy, daughter of the late Antonio and Maria Fazzolari; and preceded in death by her two sisters, Rita and Nunzia Fazzolari. She is survived by her daughter, Tiffani N. Zarb (Daniel) of Camp Hill; son Alan A. Ott of Harrisburg (finance Haley Kelly); two grandsons Alex Zarb and Jace O'Halloran; 5 brothers, Vincenzio Fazzolari (Maria) of Hershey, Giuseppe Fazzolari (Brenda) of Harrisburg, Nicodemo Fazzolari (Colette), Salvatore Fazzolari (Karen), both of Mechanicsburg and Roberto Fazzolari (Kelly) of Harrisburg; her sister, Rose Belossi (Ferruccio), Italy; along with several nieces and nephews. She was a retired employee from Schneider Electric in Middletown.
A visitation will be held at 9:30am with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am on Friday November 10th, 2017 at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry Street, Harrisburg with a burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
