Joan Dorothy Ferentz

Born May 14, 1933, in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Montelepri) Yovino; and preceded in death by her brother, Steven Yovino; and sister, Vincenza Yovino Canning.

Surviving is her daughter, Lisa Distefano (William); her son, Donald Ferentz Jr. (Heather); four grandchildren, Julie Murtorff, Donald L. Lewis, William R. Distefano and Caitlyn Ridge; 6 great-grandchildren; her sister, Alice Yovino Tucker,and many nieces and nephews.

Joan retired from a precious metal company in MA and was also a dog groomer.

Joan loved to dance, shop and loved her dogs.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
