Born June 20, 1934, in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late David W. and Margaret (Kane) Devlin; and preceded in death by her husband, Victor L. Verbos; son, M. Douglas Verbos and great-grandson, Leo James Verbos.
Surviving are two sons, Mark D. Verbos (Elisa) and Bradley S. Verbos; two daughters, Vicki L. Vargo (Martin) and Lauri A. Werner (Paul); daughter-in-law, Cynthia Verbos; 17 grandchildren, Alaina, Stephen, Christian, Timothy, Michael, Shannon, Melissa, Ryan, Matthew, Patrick, Daniel, Stephanie, Katelyn, Kelsey, Leah, Alec and Grant; 25 great-grandchildren; two brothers, William Devlin and Robert Devlin; and two sisters, Colleen Lewis and Mary Beth Mariani.
Lois was a retired Real Estate Agent, working with various real estate agencies in the Harrisburg area and she was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.
Lois was very proud of her large family, always involved in her children and grandchildren’s many events, clubs and games over the years. An avid sports fan, she especially loved McDevitt and Notre Dame football, Villanova basketball and playing golf.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:30 AM, Friday, May 23, 2025, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 6150 Allentown Blvd., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. A visitation will be from 10:00 AM, Friday, until the time of the service at the church.
