Born March 29,1948, in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late James and Rose (Galati) Trucco.
Surviving is his wife, Debra Strohecker-Trucco; 2 daughters, Michele Miller (Ronald) and Roselle Davenport; 4 grandchildren, Kelli Reynolds, Anisa Miller, Brandon Davenport and Charles Davenport; a great-grandson, Jayden Reynolds; brother, James Trucco (Sallie); sister and brother-in-law, Sue and John Wissler; several nieces and nephews, Gabrielle, Marissa and Elisa Trucco, Justin, Danielle, Jayda, Laiken, Erin, Trevor and Jaxon Wissler; and his cats, Squirt and Lino.
Michael was a retired Administrative Law Judge for the PA Department of Public Welfare, with 38 years of service.
He was a member of the Lawnton American Legion Post 998, William Penn Social Club, Progress Fire Co. Social Club, and the PA Association of Retired State Employees.
Michael enjoyed playing guitar, stand-up comedy, karaoke and was a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan, even when they were losing.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 3, 2026, in Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. A viewing will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, February 2, 2026, at the funeral home, and 10:00 AM, Tuesday, until the time of the service at the funeral home.
