At her request, no service will be held.

Ms. Cosmen was born May. 7, 1934 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Clyde and Glenna West McClure.

Cynthia was a thoughtful and giving person for her entire life. She was a proud graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University.

Ms. Cosmen resided for many years in Lebanon Twp. New Jersey, where she raised her children, was a grand matron of the Eastern Star and worked for the High Bridge Elementary School and AM Best Co.

She was a devoted mother and friend to all that knew her.

After her children graduated from High School, she lived in New Orleans for many years before settling in Harrisonburg.

She is survived by her daughter, Glenna E. Johnson (Daniel) and son, Franklin G. Cosmen, Jr. (Donna). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren along with numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
