
He was born in Alexandria on April 29, 1971 and is the son of Edward H. “Ned” and Shirley Branch Crockett of Irvington, VA.
Branch graduated from Oakton High School in Oakton, VA and received his Masters at JMU in Business Administration. He was a graphic design consultant and for the past 17 years operated his business, Stealth Ink. Branch was also an adjunct professor at JMU where he taught graphic design. He was a member of the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition. Before moving back to Harrisonburg, he resided in California for ten years.
Branch returned to Virginia to continue his two favorite hobbies, mountain biking and sailing with his father.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Leah Crockett Bradford, of Wilmington, NC; nieces and nephews, Britton Branch Fuller, Chloe Brooks Powell, and Sumter Crockett Powell, all of Wilmington, NC. Branch was very involved in the Harrisonburg community and leaves behind many people who will remember him as an amazing, fun-loving, kind and loyal friend.
A Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
