She was born on April 30, 1936 and was the daughter of the late Donald M. Swats, Sr. and Helen F. Shifflett Swats.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James D. “Jimmie” Heath on April 29, 2016.
Honoring her wishes there will be no services.
