She was born February 27, 1940 t the late Stanley Robert Dean and Effie Mae Ford Lowe.
Two sisters, Jessie Pearl Johnson of Harrisonburg, Elizabeth Ann Moyers of Linville, survive her.
In addition to her sisters, she is survived by four children, Stanley Robert Watson of Harrisonburg, Felix Cornelius Brooks, III, Crystal Gail Grey of Elkton, and Pamela Sue Grey Parlette of Grottoes; and one grandchild, Mia Lara Rieto of Elkton.
