Marie Reedy Bricker, 91, of Mt. Crawford, passed away Friday, March 30, 2018.
She was born September 25, 1926 in Fulks Run, VA and was the daughter of the late Phlander and Flossie Shoemaker Reedy.
Her husband, Otho Junior Bricker, preceded her in death November 13, 1975.
Marie was a member of the Harrisonburg First Church of the Brethren. She was employed by Owens- Illinois/Brockway now known as Graham Packaging, for over 40 years.
She is survived by her children, Linda Foote and her husband, Burton, of Mt. Airy, NC, Edith Woods of Hinton and Jane Armstrong and her husband, Michael of Mt. Crawford; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a brother Stanley Reedy of New Market.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Junior Bricker; and three sisters.
The family will receive friends, 6 – 8:00 pm on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Harrisonburg First Church of the Brethren with Rev. Dr. Ron Wyrick officiating. Burial will follow at Weavers Cemetery.
