Thomas "Tom" Wayne Early

Thomas “Tom” Wayne Early, 73, of Harrisonburg passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at his home. He was born on January 26, 1949 in Harrisonburg and was the son of the late Walter Harold Early, Jr. and Jean McLennan Early. Tom was a lifelong resident of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County and a member of Sunrise Church of the Brethren. He was a devoted son and brother and loved to fish and hunt. He is survived by his brother, Gary Early and wife, Brenda; his sister, Anne Hutt and husband, Tim, all of Rockingham; two nieces, Sarah Williams (Zach), of Charlottesville and Emily Hutt (Peter Nance) of CA. A graveside service will be held 11 am, Monday, June 6, 2022 at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens with Pastor Jan Orndorff officiating. There will be no formal visitation at the funeral home.
