

Annette spent a lifetime in the food service industry, as well as a small business owner for a while. During her years in the food service she made many friends that lasted a lifetime. She enjoyed crafting such as crochet, quilting, macramé, knitting, embroidery, cross stitch, ceramics, and artex. Annette was also an amazing seamstress and made many wedding dresses, as well as prom dresses and clogging outfits. She attended Haynes Flat Baptist Church. She also loved to garden in her flowerbeds. Annette was widowed in 1969, when she was 39, but she never let that stop her from living her life to the fullest. She cared for her son Richard until his passing in 2011.
Annette is preceded in death by her parents Fred Brantley and Gillie Ausmus Brantley. Her husband Albert "Red" Romines, her one true love. Son Richard Romines. Brother W.C. Brantley. Sisters Gladys Denton and Mildred Brantley.
She is survived by her son Danny (Bertha) Romines of Milledgeville, GA. Granddaughters Jeananne Romines and Brandi Singleton. Great grandsons Ben (Beth) Baker, Clayton Baker, Tyler Singleton, Isaac Baker, and Gideon Baker. Nephew Freddie Denton. Nieces Clara Swan, Linda Kidd, and Mildred Ricketts.
The family will receive friends Wednesday July 27th from 5 until 7 PM at Coffey Funeral Home in Harrogate. The funeral service will follow in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel in Harrogate. The graveside service will be Thursday July 28, 2022 at 1 PM were she will be laid to rest beside her husband Albert "Red" Romines veteran of WWII ,in the Knoxville National Cemetery in Knoxville, TN.
