William "Rick" Richard Smith

He is preceded in death by his father David Richard Smith and mother Jimmie Loretta Harmon Smith.

Survivors include sister Debbie Smith Cowles and husband Richard of Ocala, FL. His uncle Bobby Harmon and wife Libby of Arthur, TN. Uncle J.B. Smith of Harrogate, TN. Aunt Alice Faye Alexander of Speedwell, TN. Cousins Tonya Noah and sons of Arthur, TN. Brian and Denise Alexander and family of Speedwell, TN. Adopted children Erin, Jerry, and Richard of Alabama. Plus a host of other friends and relatives.

The family will receive friends Tuesday November 8, 2022 from 12 until 2 PM at Coffey Funeral Home in Harrogate. The funeral will be at 2 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home chapel. A graveside service will follow in the Harrogate Cemetery.
