Pug entered into rest March 12, 2009 in Shreveport, LA. He was a native of Magnolia, AR, and has been residing in the Haughton area.
He is survived by his beloved wife and best friend of over twenty-seven years, Tammy, son, David; daughter, Dana Jo and husband Craig, his sisters Karen and long time companion Bobby Allen, Tina Roberts and husband Rodney, his brothers Bill and wife Maureen, John and wife Pat and grandsons William Ocean Cogar and Mitchell C. Whiddon. Special hugs and kisses to his special girls "Ariel Mermaid" and Dana Jo, and favorite nephew Branadon Knepper- Stay Strong!
Pug was one of the most giving, loving individuals that we are all blessed to have known and loved. He loved his family and friends but the most cherished person of all is the one who stole his heart more than twenty-seven years ago, his beloved wife Tammy, she was his heart and soul with Mamaw Kitty right there. Pug's love of the outdoors was part of everything he lived and breathed...he loved riding his Harley, looking for adventure, that love of freedom and the open road spilled over into his professional life as well as traveling the roads that always lead him back home to momma.
Pug always said, "I'd rather do what I want and live a short life...than to live a long life filled with regret".
