Brice was born December 19th, 1978, in Omaha, Nebraska to Catherine Garrett and Keith Bromley. He was adopted by Jim Brown as a young child. He and his family moved to Bossier City when he was a teenager and graduated from Parkway High School in 1997. He then attended The University of Louisiana Monroe and received a degree in Marketing, all while working full time for Lumen Technologies (formerly CenturyTel/ CenturyLink). Brice was an award-winning salesman and recognized with the Circle of Excellence award for multiple years, during his long career with the company. He also had a passion for travel which he and Michelle later developed into a side business as a travel agent. He was an active member in the community and formerly served as Vice President and President for the Bossier City Rotary. He was a parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church since 2006.
In 2001, Brice married the love of his life, Michelle Kathleen McFerren, in a Fairy Tale wedding at Walt Disney World. They went on to live their Happily Ever After and welcomed three beautiful children, Avery Kathleen (16), Brooks Alexander (7) and Holden McCoy (2). Brice’s love for his family as a husband and father, gave him great pleasure for he was very active in participating in his kids’ sports. His love for involvement, led to coaching Avery’s soccer teams and later team manager for her competitive soccer team, Shreveport United/ Cabosa.
He mostly enjoyed spending time with his family from Alabama. Brice and his Aunt Sharon share an unbreakable bond that developed as a child and continues today. Their annual trips to Orlando for the Food and Wine Festival and Halloween Horror Nights were never missed.

Wherever you go
Whoever you meet,
Remember to be kind and gentle
To be thoughtful and gracious.
For you know not what burdens others may bear,
in their hearts, or in their minds, or in their bodies
For we are the Body of Christ.
Go in Peace.
