PRINCETON, LA A Celebration of life service for Chad Eric Thornton will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home on December 15, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. Brother Billy Pierce will officiate the service. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Interment will be at Hill Crest Memorial Cemetery.
Chad was born on July 9, 1986 to the parents of Blake and Jeanette Thornton. He passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 11, 2014. Chad was an avid sports fan. He loved LSU football, soccer and baseball. Chad also enjoyed guns and Anime, collecting comics, music and movies. Chad loved being with close friends and family.
Pall bears are Clayton Moore, Jacob Wade, Robert Bell, John and James Frith, Steven Amiri, Jason Moraze, Stephen Oden, Corey and Stephen Rablias.
Chad was preceded in death by his grandmother, Helen “NaNa” Thornhill, and grandfather, James Odell. He is survived by his parents, Blake and Jeanette Thornton; sister Jessica Thornton Buttenob and husband Ryan; grandparents, William Robert Thornton and June H. Thornton.
