SHREVEPORT LA – Services for David Blackwell, 62, will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Fr. Thomas Elavunkal officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
David was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on August 27, 1951 and passed away on December 4, 2013 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his father, John Edward Blackwell. David is survived by his mother Bernell Blackwell; sister, Patricia Blackwell and husband Carston; brother, Michael Blackwell and wife Ruby.
