A celebration of Life Service for David Wientjes will be held at Hillcrest Funeral Home in Haughton, LA on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 2pm. Family and friends will receive guests before the service beginning at 12:30p.m. Interment will follow the service at Hill Crest Memorial Park with military honors. Officiating will be Dr. Randy Harper of Bellaire Baptist Church.
David served his country in the U.S. Army. David was a carpenter by trade. He enjoyed being a Martial Arts Instructor and was a My Jhong Law Horn Kung Fu brother. David was loved by all and loved everyone he ever met. He was a member of Bellaire Baptist Church.
David was proceeded in death by his parents; two brothers, Dobbs and Guy; and a nephew, Christian Wientjes. Left to cherish his memory is nephew Matthew Tong; great nephew, Griffin and many friends.
