Eunice Marie Fonville, age 92, of Bossier City, Louisiana passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. She was born on September 13, 1930 in Hodge, Louisiana to the late A.W. Browder and Alma Browder Stroud. Eunice was a secretary/bookkeeper at Blanchard Elementary School in Caddo Parish where she retired following many dedicated years of service. She was a longtime member of Faith Tabernacle in Blanchard, Louisiana. They enjoyed traveling in their motorhome across the United States. Eunice always enjoyed cooking and spending quality time with her family.
Eunice was preceded in passing by her parents; one sister; Clavis Palmer, and one granddaughter; Chelsea Marie Patterson.
Left to cherish Eunice's beautiful memories will be her beloved husband of 74 years; Thomas Fonville, one daughter; Donna Patterson and husband Roger, three grandsons: Travis Patterson, Dustin Patterson and wife Hanna, Ben Patterson, five great-grandsons: Kaleb, Hunter, Cayden, Christian, Tucker, one great-great-grandson; Wolf, along with many wonderful friends.
A visitation for Eunice will be held Monday, June 19, 2023 from 10:00 AM until time of Celebration of Life service at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home, 601 Hwy 80, Haughton, Louisiana 71037.
