Services will be held to celebrate the life of Flora Mae Clark Mosley at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Bro. Robert Beadle officiating. Interment will follow at Camp Ground Cemetery in Bienville. The family will receive friends at 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Flora was born in Bay Springs, MS on June 16, 1944 to Elisha and Martha Clark and passed away on December 23, 2020 in Bossier City after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's. She was the CEO of Sweca Federal Credit Union for over 20 years. She was a strong Christian woman that loved her family with all of her heart. She enjoyed cooking, especially for family on holidays. She will be missed this Christmas, but she will spend Jesus' birthday with Him. Her smile was infectious and she was loved by many. She was known in her younger years as "Gypsy" because she would always be seen wearing turquoise jewelry. Listening to Gospel Hymns made her feel calm and she enjoyed reading the Bible.
Flora is survived by her husband of 55 years, Larry Mosley; daughter, Kristal Theison and husband Kevin; sons, Tony Mosley and wife Sherri and Todd Mosley and wife Marie; grandchildren, Randall Mosley, Nathan Mosley, Brett Luedtke, Brittni Patrick, Kayla Adkins, Eli Brewton and Calli Brewton; numerous great-grandchildren; brothers, Mitchell Clark and Danny Ray Clark and wife Mary Jane as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
The family would like to thank the staff at Heritage Manor for loving her like family, and the staff at Christus Highland's COVID unit for the care given.
