Frankie Eloise Kaiser

Frankie was a paraprofessional with the Bossier Parish School Board working at Bellaire and Kerr Elementary schools with special needs students. She earned her Associates degree in Business Administration through Bossier Parish Community College. She also enrolled in a cake decorating class for fun and enjoyed quilting and scrapbooking. Throughout their military career, her priority was to keep the family together.

Frankie is preceded in death by her husband, Ed; and her parents. She is survived by her children, Jody Kaiser and wife Julie, and Ricky Kaiser; grandchildren, Shane and wife Catie, Alyson, Peyton, Joey, Dakota, Jack and Andy; sister, Johnnie Stewart and husband David; and brothers, Louis Clay Walker and wife Glenda, and Jimmy Walker and wife Paula.

Services to celebrate Mrs. Kaiser's life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home officiated by Rev. Wilkinson. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will begin at 1:00 PM prior to the service.

Honoring Frankie as pallbearers are Matt Walker, Ryan Walker, Jason Dickson, Jeffrey Dickson, Rickey Shields, and Joe Williams.

The family would like to thank the staff at The Blake for their compassion and care for both Frankie and her husband Ed over the last few years.
