CONVERSE, LA – Services to honor the life of Mr. Jack D. Patterson, 88, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 10, 2016, at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home, officiated by Bro. Dick Enterkin. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Jack was born in Choctaw County, OK on February 18, 1928, and passed away on November 6, 2016. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mildred; parents, George and Myrtle Patterson; son-in-law, Donald B. Dobbs, Jr.; and four of his five sisters. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Marjorie Dobbs, Julie Moran and husband Charles, and Jacquelyn Dunigan; sister, Lorraine Roach; grandchildren, Melisa Patterson and husband Greg, Tammy Dunigan, Pat Dobbs and wife Kristy, Nicole Wolf and husband Carl, and Kristopher Dobbs and wife Lindsey; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Blake Stubbs, Pat Dobbs, Kristopher Dobbs, Greg Patterson, Jack Dobbs, and Charles Moran. Honorary pallbearer is Carl Wolf.
