A Celebration of Life service will be held for James W. Haga on Thursday, September 29, 2011, at Central Assembly of God Church at 2:00 p.m. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, September 28, 2011, at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel from 5 – 8:00 p.m. Officiating the service will be Rev. Andy Harris, Pastor of Central Assembly of God, assisted by F.C. Chamberlain. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Kenneth R. and Jack W. Haga.
Jim is survived by his wife, Edna Haga; daughters, Mary Jane Allen and husband James of Haughton, LA, and Mildred K. Haga of DeBerry, TX; daughter-in-law, Sandra Haga of Bossier City, LA; sister, Barbara Jean Crouse; nine grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons: James F. Haga, Aaron Bain, J.R. Hernandez, Bryon Killen, Marc Weinreber and Jay Lyons. Honorary pallbearers will be Jim Allen and Jerry McKnight.
