My love and prayers are with you and your family.  Your Mom and Dad are remembered at Pocket for all their time and talents they left with so many of us.  Your dad with his beautiful voice and singing in the choir as well as the quartet he sang in.  We love you and will keep you in our prayers.

Mrs. Johnson, Wrenn, Mark, Sharri, and Families,

We send love and prayers from the Hicks.  When Mark called I shared with him how Mr. Mack had influenced my life while we were growing up.   He let us be boys and do the things boys do, but he gently put us back in our place when needed.  He showed us the joys of hunting and fishing.  I will always remember his hardy laugh and the love he had for his family.   He and Mrs. Johnson always made me feel I was part of the family to.   We were blessed to know him.

We were so sorry to hear of Mack's passing.  Connie and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy.  We will keep him and all the family in our prayers. I have very fond memories of Mack on the many trips to Sanford that I made when I went with my family from Norfolk as a child.
I've never forgotten his wonderful butterfly collection.

My heart goes out to you both; Mack was possibly the most influential man in my life. So many things I love now are things that were introduced to me by Mack. We had some great times, Jack fishing on Bear Creek, Squirrel hunting in the river bottoms of the Neuse and Trout fishing at Julian Price. The list goes on. I can’t thank you enough for sharing your father with me.

Cliff and I are so sorry to hear of Mr. Mack's passing, but rejoice knowing he is with his Savior. May the peace that passes understanding sustain you all during this time. He will surely be missed.

Mac is going to be truly missed.  He WAS the real Santa Claus...rosy cheeks, white beard, and jiggled like a bowl full of jelly.  I loved listening to his stories.

You all are so special to us here at Pocket.  Martha and Mack both were so vital in my life.  I thank you so much Martha especially for the gift of music that you shared with me.  So many of your generation have gone on beore but are rejoicing in Mack's arrival in heaven.  He will surely be waiting fr us as well.  Give each other a hug from your Pocket Church family.

Mr. Mack was a wonderful man and he will be deeply missed. He truly was Santa Claus. We at Koran will always have great Christmas memories because of him and Mrs. Martha. His family is in our prayers. We love you Santa!!

When you  have time send us addresses (email and postal) for Wren and Mark as we would like to send cards.  Also, friends at church would like let you hear from them.
