Kristy Jenene Stewart

Kristy Stewart passed away January 8th 2023, just two days before her 50th birthday. Anyone who knows Kristy always knew she had a flair for the dramatic, and what is more dramatic than being late for your own birthday. Kristy was known for her quick-witted humor, fierce determination, and her generous and loving spirit. She was a wonderful mother for all of her children, and loved with an unwavering strength that warmed the hearts of everyone she chose to let in. She was strong and generous and willing to talk to anyone willing to listen. She was more than a handful at times, but she was also the one to lean on in the hard times you could always count on her to be in your corner.

She is loved and missed by the ones she has left here in this life: her Father Truman Gibbs and Stepmother Joann Gibbs; her Mother-in-law Shirley Stewart; her Sisters Rhonda Gibbs, Sherry Papa, and Joe Papa; her children, Emily Mack, Josh, Grace, Jon, James, and Jordan Stewart; and her loved grandchildren.

And, she is finally reunited in her heavenly home, with her Mother Marilyn Greene and loving husband Travis Stewart.

The visitation time is 10-12 on Friday the 13th of Jan. 2023 at Hill Crest Funeral Home, 601 Hwy 80 E., Haughton, LA 71037.
