Linda served four years in the United States Air Force. After completing her military service, she began her civilian career as a flight simulator technician with Singer Link, the workplace where her and Allen's story quietly began. She later built a long and respected career as a Cable Headend Technician; a field she took pride in mastering.
She was an amateur radio operator, a dedicated weather enthusiast, and someone who enjoyed the simple pleasure of card games. She was also a loyal NASCAR fan and a devoted supporter of the Dallas Cowboys, cheering them on season after season.
Her curiosity, technical talent, and quiet strength shaped the rhythm of her days and the lives of those who loved her. Her family will remember her with deep love and gratitude.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Loretta Gousman.
She is survived by her husband, Allen Woda; son, Jason Woda and wife, Amanda; daughter, Tiffany Woda; her grandchildren, Gus and Ava, children of Jason and Amanda; and her brother, Frank Gousman Jr., and wife, Rosemary.
Services will be held privately with family.
