Funeral services for Margarette Earlene Hallman,76, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2011 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. T. Don White officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Sunday, April 24, 2011 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hallman passed away April 21, 2011 in Homer, LA. She was a retired Social Worker with the State of Louisiana, and a resident of Homer.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Adron W. Hallman; son, Miichael L. Hallman of Marshall, TX; daughter, Gloria H. Adams of Minden, LA; sisters, Ruby Langford of Charlotte, S.C., Delores Sanders of Chicago, IL; brohers, John D. Ballenger and Claude Davis Ballenger both of Pine Bluff, AR; grandsons, Jason Adams and wife Trina; Jared Adams and wife Amy; Michael Hallman, Jr. and wife Courtnee; granddaughter Rachal Hallman; six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Gary Hunter, Jerry Dillard, Olin Prince, James Colvin, Gayle Blackwell, and Tommy Baker.
