Graveside services for Mary Patricia Beard,69, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 6, 2011 at Hill Crest Memorial Park, with Rev. Denver Ebert officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 5, 2011 at Hill Crest Funeral Home.
Mary Patricia passed away May 2, 2011 in Shreveport. She was a 1960 graduate of Fair Park High School, she retired from Morton Thiokol LAAP after thirty years of service, and she was currently a Switchboard Operator with Overton Brooks V A Medical Center, and a resident of Doyline, LA.
She was preceded in death by her beloved father, T.F. Edmonds.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Mozelle Crain, daughters, Linda Finklea and husband Rodney ; Rebecca Calhoun and husband James, all of Doyline; brother, Warren Edmonds of Daingerfield, TX; six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
