He was born on January 27, 1945, in Vivian, LA to Noel Elmer and Hattie (Dees) Brown. He had been enjoying retirement after a career as a machinist. He was a family man and a Shriner for more than 50 years.
David is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Brown; daughters, Cheryl Stoots and Amy Pritchard; and three grandchildren, David Stoots, Emily Pritchard and Luke Pritchard.
The family would like to thank the staff at The Chateaus at Montclair.
Services will be held at a later date privately with family.
