She was born on April 12, 1933, in Chadderton, England, to Handel and Lily Ingham.
Norma was a petite, classy, stylish, and most proper, loyal Brit, proud of her native England.
She came to the United States as a young woman, raised a son, and fulfilled the great American dream, as she started her own business, a Beauty Shop by the name of: Mam’- Selle, that was on Youree Dr., in Shreveport for a good number of years.
Though Norma was a committed caregiver to all whom she loved, she did it in style, as she wore high heels every single day -- even when mowing the lawn. She delighted in her family and always put others first. Norma will always be remembered for her genuinely easy going and unassuming nature.
Norma was preceded in death by: her parents; her first husband, Don Lea; second husband, Vince Tartaglia; her third husband, Richard Mays; son, Mike Lea; and niece, Tara McNulty.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Barley, Toni Vercher (Steve), Michelle Johnscher (Richard) and Jodi Burr; sister, Wendy Moss (Jim); grandchildren, Jacob Lott (Brittany), Dean Johnscher (Ashley), Keith Golden (April), Adam Golden, Corey Burr (Megan), Carson Burr, Caellen Burr, Robert Lea (Corinne), Ashley Nebel, Richard Mackin (Margarita), Kristi Miles (Matt), Carrie McDonald (Michael), Josie Corrente (Alex); great nephew, Sam McNulty; 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
