Ollie "Marie" Manshack

Ollie Marie Manshack was born on May 7, 1954, in Ruston, LA to parents, William A. and Marjorie G. Barmore. She passed away at her home in Elm Grove, LA on January 15, 2022, with her boys and family by her side. Marie went to work for G.M. in 1981, where she retired in 2006 after twenty-five years of employment. She and her son, Jim, traveled together while he worked for J & M Hot Shot. She loved horses, enjoyed family gatherings, having crawfish boils with her family, and going fishing. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, James "Jim" Manshack. She is survived by her three sons, Jerry Manshack, Terry Manshack, Sr., and Jim Manshack; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services to celebrate her life will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, January 21, 2022, at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home, officiated by Mr. Mike Barmore. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Honoring Marie as pallbearers are Dylan Manshack, Terry Manshack, Jr., Roy Stutts, Doug Long, Cory White, and Mike Fredieu.
