Funeral services for W.D. "Bill" Munn will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Melton Prothro and Pastor Gevan Spinney officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until services time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Bill was born September 14, 1922 in Shongaloo, LA; and entered into rest October 9, 2010. He was a retired operator with United Pennzoil, loved gardening, tennis, spending time with his friends and family, was a member of First Baptist Church of Haughton, and a World War II Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

Survivors include his wife Jerri; sister, Billie "Doll" Mitchell, and husband Bryan; children, Pam Shimp, Donna Flint, Judy Cantu, Mike Munn, Merry McCraw; nine grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Cantu, Gray McCraw, J.D. Murphy, Bill Mitchell, Steve Mitchell, and Dave Mitchell.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
