I knew Howard from the time we were both 23 years old. Great sense of humor. Howard devoted his life to building a fortune in diamonds, gems, and properties, but sadly couldn’t take any of it with him. To quote from an old tombstone: “Learn thoughtless mortals from this stone; another of your numbers gone. And trifle not your time away; for this may be your own last day.”  R.I.P. my dear friend.

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Howie only as local acquaintance but always enjoyed seeing him and catching up on our lives, kids, etc.  Just a really nice guy.  My sincere condolences to all.

So sorry to hear of Howie's passing. I knew him since we were 
7 years old.  Went to college together for a time as well.  Always such a caring individual, he will be greatly missed by all. RIP my lifelong friend. Ken Shildkrout.

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Howie through his friend Michael Rosen who was married to my sister Sally. All of us would get together for dinners and parties and Howie was always very friendly and nice. Always enjoyed speaking with him.
