Adam was born in Long Beach, California on August 21, 1974 to David and Sandra Pittman. His family moved to Hemet in 1979, where he lived until he went to college at Massachusetts college of Pharmacy. Adam managed to work full time and excel so highly in his studies that he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Two of his classmates attribute much of their success to Adam's mentoring. After graduation he was quickly scouted and went to work in the San Diego area as a Pharmacist.
Adam worked at a pharmacist for 7 years, when he was not working he enjoyed playing basketball, baseball, soccer, or playing chess. He also loved to read, travel, and lounging at the beach.
Adam cared about many things but most of all his family and friends, his father's bible and crucifix. He cherished his photo albums, birthday cards, books his graduation watch and of course skittles. No matter where he was he made sure to have these things with him. When you were around him he was always ready help, you might remember his saying "No Reason Not To" and 'You've got to have faith'.
Adam was a loyal, generous, kind, funny and intelligent person. He was preceded in death by his father David Loren Pittman, and survived by his mother Sandra Kay Pitman - Broadhearst, and brother Lance David Pittman
