Alandre' Lee Kent had so many projects left undone. It has been a year but still feels like yesterday.This was a tragedy that can never be mended. Each a every day you are missed. RIH loved always and forever in our hearts.

Passed by his memorial and it breaks my heart! I always remembered how of a class clown he was! Always making people laugh and smile. He always lit up the room with his energy and personality! :two_hearts:

Char, you are in my thoughts and my heart, I am devastated by your loss. There’s no words and I am truly sorry. Sending you my deepest condolences.

Bookey was a unique and special person. I had the privilege of coaching basketball with his dad Dave for several years while he was growing up. Out of the 10 years and countless kids I had the pleasure of coaching, Bookey was one I will always remember. He was so competitive and tried so hard every time he stepped on the court, and he was a VERY good player!  But as good as he was at basketball he was an even better person. He was incredibly smart, funny, and just different…in a good way. My boys truly loved Bookey.  We laughed yesterday together in the car as we heard a song we used to listen to driving to basketball practice together. I would often pick up Bookey and Moe for practice and the boys would laugh and enjoy their time together. Life is fleeting and precious. I am so saddened by the abrupt and devastating end to Bookey’s life. I am so happy I was able to know him as he grew up. I have thought about the reunion he must be having with his Dad and it does bring a sense of peace to me. Myself and my family are praying for Charlotte and Latrell especially during this unimaginably difficult time.  RIP Alondre. You were an amazing person!

I will always remember you as the cutest kids that sat so still while your mom braided your hair. You were so curious and busy running in our neighborhood. You loved your turtles and chickens. You drew amazing pictures that your mom hung on the walls. I only knew you a short time but during that time I knew how amazing you were. You will be missed by many! Alandre, you were always such a big part of our lives when you were growing up. So many trips taken together, summers spent together or just time talking, playing videos games or basketball. You were always so sweet, athletic and considerate. We remember that you were always so curious about any animal or insect that you came across. You always wanted to find out more. We just know that you with your big smile and gentle spirit are just walking around heaven exploring every beautiful thing that it has to offer. Please know that you have and always will remain in our hearts. Special prayers for your mom, brother and all that are left to feel the incredible pain that you absence brings. However, for you, there is no more. May you forever rest in love.

Alandre you were very much loved by the McPike family.  You were like a brother from another mother to  my children. I miss your beautiful smile and your wonderful sweet personality.  I will always cherish all the basketball games your dad coached with you and our boys.  It was so much fun! I loved to watch you and Mo hustling and winning the game during last minutes. 
I also loved when you and brother went with us to my Sunday school classes back in the day because you brought your light to me and others in class learning about our Heavenly Father.  I receive comfort knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord:innocent: We love and miss you son, RIH:heart::kissing_heart:

I miss my best friend. I miss your hugs and smiles. I miss your singing to me everyday. This last year has been amazing with you. There hasn’t been a day that has gone by that I haven’t missed your presents. I love you. Hopefully as much as you loved me. I miss the way that you looked at me no one can take our memories together… I’ll see you in paradise.

Alandre may you Rest In Paradise. I will always remember you and your brother bopping up and down the street when you were younger with those beautiful braids your mom created. I can still see that beautiful smile as you would wave and say Hi Ms Debby. As the angel that you are now keep a eye on your mom and brother---GUARDIAN ANGEL. Say hi to your dad because I know he met you at the gates of heaven. Much Love.

I've watched you grow over the past 14 years and whatever was going on even during our lil meetings we had..I knew you heard me when I saw that beautiful captivating smile.
