Albert John Murray

Albert John Murray received Christ at an early age. He attended Jack Yates High School in Houston, Texas, Compton College and was honored with a scholarship to Texas Southern University for a scholarship in Chemistry, but was unable to attend.

Albert John Murray was joined in Holy Matrimony with Delores Marie Willis.

Albert John Murray served in the U.S. Army from 1942-1945 and was assigned to the 883rd Quarter Master Gas Supply Company as an electrician. He was employed as an Electrician with Lockheed Aircraft.

He was preceded by his wife, Delores Murray, Daughter, Sandra Murray and Son, Kevin Murray.

Albert John Murray was a proud and loving father of his surviving family: Daughter Brenda Gilbert, and Son Dorian Murray. He had a slew of grand children whom he loved very much: Grandsons: Roderick Carter, Rashaad Gilbert, Gianni Gilbert, Shane Murray, Dorian Murray, Jr., Dontej Murray, and Devon Murray.

Granddaughters: Malaika Reynolds, Anissa Gilbert and Danielle Murray.

Great Grandchildren: Aaron Gilbert, Austin Gilbert, Chris Carter, Michael Carter, Devan Reynolds,

Dorian Murray Jr., and Naveah Murray.
