He was born Wednesday, August 31, 1921 in Muse, Oklahoma, he was the son of the late George McBride and the late Carrie Howell McBride.
He served as a PFC in the Army from 1945 until 1946. He was a Veteran of World War II.
Surviving are daughters, Carolyn Carlson, Harriet Ramaglino, Claudia Christensen and Wendy Campbell.
A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday February 1, 2013 at Miller-Jones Moreno Valley located at 23618 Sunnymead Bl. Moreno Valley, California 92553. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
