Anna Lee Otis, 75, of Hemet, CA passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 24, 2012. She was born to the late Leroy Tidwell and the late Clara Tidwell on Tuesday, March 17, 1936 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Anna and Ric Otis were married for twenty-eight wonderful years. Ric and Anna owned an engraving company in Costa Mesa, CA for eighteen years. They loved to camp, travel the country, and visit National Parks. They were members of the Lytle Creek Mountain Lakes RV Park for over twenty-seven years. They enjoyed taking the grandkids there to camp, swim, and fish. Anna loved to read to her grandkids at the camp site and the other campers in the area. Sharing nature with her grandkids, taking hikes, and having barbeques made her smile and was how she expressed her unconditional love. She was known to visit the American River for white water rafting near Sutters Mill and the Ponderosa. A dear friend of Bill W. for 35 years, Anna loved cats, and her favorite color was green.
Surviving is her husband Ric Otis; sons, Richard Melanson, David Melanson, Edward Melanson, John Melanson; daughter, Catherine Melanson; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
