Arthur B McClain, 92 of Hemet, California passed away on Tuesday, November 25, 2014, at Emeritus at Hemet in Hemet, California. He was born Thursday, July 20, 1922 and was the son of the some of the late Arthur and Rebecca " Charles " McClain. He was the husband of Helen Knight McClain and were married for over 71 years. Arthur proudly served in the Army and will have a service at Riverside National Cemetery. Arthur worked as an inspector for over 30 years before retiring. He and Helen travelled in a fifth wheel all over the country including Canada for over 10 years. They settled in Hemet after their sowing their wild oats for a more simpler life. He loved to watch football on the weekends and was known to have three tv's going at once. Arthur like to repair things when they broke, why purchase something new when it could be fixed. He was able to walk in a room as a stranger and leave with friends. His family describes him as very gregarious. Surviving is his wife, Helen McClain, son, Daniel McClain, daughter, Connie Denney (Chuck ) , brother, Fred McClain, sisters, Elizabeth Leonard and Dorothy McClain, two grand children Cheryl Carlo, and Judi Denney and five great grandchildren.
