Austin Patrick McMasters

Austin was born Sunday September 5, 1993 in Menifee to Kurt McMasters & Carrie Garris. He was raised in Hemet and graduated Hemet High 2012. Growing up Austin loved sports and excelled at whatever he played. He was a member of two Valley Wide Championship flag football teams & played two years of football for Hemet High. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and never missed a game.

Austin’s true passion was fishing, from the time he could hold a pole he ate, drank, and slept fishing. He was well known at Hemet & Anglers Lakes for his fishing prowess and rarely came home empty handed. He also spent many summers fishing on his grandparent’s lake in Illinois.

Austin was known for his quick smile and sense of humor. He had a kind attitude and his generosity was well known among his friends and family. He worked for Applebee’s as a server & Valley Wide Recreation in maintenance.

Austin is survived by his two daughters Maddison McMasters 6 & Serenity McMasters 3, whom he adored. Treva Ward, Dad, Kurt McMasters, Stepmom, Adela McMasters, Brothers Shawn McMasters & Bryce Baty, Sister Brooke McMasters, Grandparents Dennis & Barbara Lamb, Vicki McMasters, Aunts Lisa McMasters, Melissa Lamb, & Heather Lamb, Uncle Dan Lamb, and cousins Payton, Olivia, & Lily Lamb. Along with many other family members to numerous to list.

Austin is preceded in death by his Mom, Carrie Garris, grandparents Butch & Glee Szujewski and Bill & Helen McMasters.
