Barbara Mary Foster, 78 of Temecula, California passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016.
Born Tuesday, October 19, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Frank Monroe and the late Mildred Koehler Monroe. She was the wife of Jon Foster for 35 years.
Surviving are her husband Jon, son, Scott Emerson Caine, Sr. Col. USAF, , daughter, Kristen Sue Caine, Esq., Granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Caine, Grandson, Scott Emerson Caine, Jr., and Grandson, Mark Monroe Caine.
