Benjamin (Ben) Wallace, born and raised in Torrance, passed away in the city of Hemet on October 9th. He worked in the retail furniture business and was co-owner of Baker Furniture in the 1960's. Ben also served for several years as a Torrance Police Reserve Officer.
Ben was married 61 years to his high school sweetheart, Barbara, and will be missed by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
A private family service will be held.
