Betty Sue Chilton was born in Kentucky on January 30, 1927 to Raymond and Margaret Heilman. The oldest and an only daughter, she was a second Mother to her 6 brothers; Phil, Rodney, Neil, Don, Jack, and Keith. Sue married Roy Carroll Chilton in 1948. Roy and Sue spent many happy years together raising their four daughters in Hemet, CA. Sue devoted her time and heart to home and family. She loved to cook and sew producing gifts for those she loved. Above all, she was devoted to her Lord. She served Him in many ways. A major influence in the church, she taught Sunday School for over 40 years. The children who learned from her are still feeling the effects of her love today. Sue is survived by her daughters; Beth (Dennis) Fogle, Bonnie (Bill) Alexander, Laurie (Danny) Marchant, and Lynne (Cliff) Anderson; grandchildren, Lance (Julie), Chris (Tammy), Kayte (Paul), Amanda (Nolan), Ryan, Adam (Aimee), Hannah, Luke, Jessie, Caleb, and Micah; and great grandchildren, Zach, Aly, Lyddiah, Cody, Gideon, Jayden, Evangileen, and Georgya; and 34 nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by all she left behind but joyfully reunited by all who have gone before her.
