Billy Joe Devine, 84 of Menifee, California passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2015, at his home with his family at his side.
He was born on Wednesday, December 17, 1930 in Deepwater, Missouri, he was the son of the late Joseph Devine and the late Omenia Demaree Devine.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Katheryn (Fitzwater) Devine, sons Joseph Devine and David Devine, daughters, Diane Devine, Becky Powers and Rachel McMullin.
